IDEA is a non-profit and a non-governmental organization. IDEA is implementing a Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) funded project "Integrated COVID-19 Humanitarian assistance for Afghan Refugees in KP and Baluchistan (ICHA)" with support of Concem Worldwide in the Districts Peshawar & Nowshera in KP and in the Districts of Qilla Saifullah, Pishin & Quetta in Baluchistan. IDEA invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers/vendors/ companies for Rehabilitation/maintenance of sanitation work.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be collected from House #2, Street # 1 Rahat Abad Peshawar from 9:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, till November 07, 2023. The tender pack can also be downloaded from our website http://www.idea.org.pk/ads.php

2. Sealed tenders should reach to House #2, Street # 1, near Peshawar Zoo Rahat Abad

Peshawar on or before November 07, 2023 before 02:00PM

3. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. November 07, 2023 at 02:30 PM in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening.

4. Delivery location: House #2, Street #1, Rahat Abad near Peshawar Zoo Peshawar.

5. In case a public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to any reason), the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Or will be informed to suppliers for opening session.

6.The prices must be in Pak Rupee inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, packing, loading/unloading and all other allied costs.

7. Tax will be deducted at source as per Govt. of Pakistan tax law / FBR's updated guidelines.

8. Bidders must quote all the items mentioned in a Lot. Partial or incomplete quotations 8.

will be rejected.

9. The Supplier must quote only one option. Bids received with more than one options and rates may be rejected.

10. Taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per the Government regulations.

11. Short listed supplier will be required to submit the samples for physical evaluation.

12. Supplier/vendor/company will have to submit a pay order / demand draft in favour of "IDEA" with a value of 5% of the bid amount as a bid security.

13. Tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

14. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently black listed.

15. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality material, delivery time/work plan and previous experience will also be considered.

Managing Director Pakistan Railway Locomotive Factory Risalpur invites sealed bids from the original manufacturing/ authorized/distribution/suppliers/contractors etc, registered with income tax and Sales tax department and who are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for following tenders.

(1) Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and condition etc are available as under:- (1) Bidding documents can be downloaded from (i) www.ppra.org.pk (ii) www.pakrail.gov.pk participation through downloaded tender document is allowed only through submission of pay order. Demand Draft or CDR (in original) of Rs.500/- against each in favour of Managing Director, Pakistan Railways Locomotive Factory, Risalpur along with technical bid. (Iv) Bidding document (Hard Copy) can also be obtained from the Office of Assistant Controller of Pakistan Locomotive Factory Risalpur on cash payment @Rs.2000/- against each. (2) The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach in the Office of Assistant Controller of Store & open at 11:300 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders. (3) Bidding are required to offer validity of bid upto 90 days. The offers of bidders having less than 90 days of bid validity will be ignored straightway at the time of opening without making any back reference. (4) Bidders may note that in case of public holiday on due date of tender opening, the same will be opened on next working day. (5) Tender is invited as per single Stage-two Envelope bidding procedure according to rule 36 (b) of PPRA Rules 2004. (6) Tenders are invited on FOR/LF/RCS basis. (7) This advertisement is also available on Pakistan Railway Website (www.pakrail.gov.pk) and PPRA website (ii) www.ppra.org.pk.
