COMMUNICATION AND WORKS DIVISION DIR UPPER                  NOTICE INVITING E-BIDDING

(Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System)

The C&W Division Dir Upper, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Electronic Bids from Eligible firms/Contractors in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 amended up to 10.05.2022 & 22.08.2022 on Single Stage Signal Envelope procedure for the following works.

(1) Bid Documents including instruction to Bidders can be downloaded from C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) before the submission date/time.

 (2) The bidders should submit their e-bids as per KPPRA Notification No. S, R.0 (14) Vol:1-20/2021-22 dated 10.05.2022 and Notification No. S.R.O (15) Vol:1-25/2022-23 Dated 22.08.2022.

(3) Complete Details of Bid Security in shape of CDR i.e Bank Name, CDR Number(s) and Date (s) must be submitted electronically along with E-bid on the E-bidding System.

(4) All bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act No. XXI of 2013.

(5) Venue of Bids opening is Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper.
